Mary Sue Millliken and Susan Feniger, Bravo's "Top Chef Masters" and co-chef/owners of Border Grill Restaurants and Truck have long extolled the virtues of freshly ground black pepper. Their restaurants' internationally acclaimed architect, Josh Schweitzer, teamed up with Fletchers' Mlil to create these gorgeous and sleek pepper mills. The mills feature a "Lock & Grind" system for a wide range of grinds and consistent results and are also fitted with a stainless steel two-step mechanism which first crushes the peppercorns for enhanced flavor, then grinds them to the desired consistency. Also, features a pop-out mechanism for easy cleaning.
