Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION 

Currently we are only setup for domestic shipping, within the United States. We ship via UPS and USPS only. All products are insured, however, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

SHIPPING POLICY 

Shipping Time: We will make every effort to ship your order within 24-48 hours of receipt. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, we will process it on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Greentail Table or our shipping partners only as an estimate. Please order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

SALES TAX 

Orders delivered within the state of Massachusetts are subject to a 6.25% sales tax.
