Their restaurants' internationally acclaimed architect, Josh Schweitzer, teamed up with Fletchers' Mlil to create these gorgeous and sleek salt mills. The mills feature a "Lock & Grind" system for a wide range of grinds and consistent results and are also fitted with a stainless steel two-step mechanism which first crushes the salt for enhanced flavor, then grinds it to the desired consistency. Also, features a pop-out mechanism for easy cleaning.
