It's a bar in a jar. Infuse your spirits without chemicals, preservatives, or high fructose corn syrups. With Vena's Infusion Jars we create delicious recipes using freeze dried fruits, herbs, and bitter infused sugar cubes. We put it in a jar; all you have to do is add the alcohol! Makes 5+ drinks!

INFUSION METHODS
  • The Fast Way: Pour suggested alcohol into a pot on the stove and heat until hot DO NOT BOIL. Carefully pour hot spirit into jar over infusion ingredients. Put the lid on tightly, give a good shake, let cool (usually about 30 minutes), strain, and enjoy!
  • The Slow Way: Add suggested alcohol to your jar and let it steep for 2-3 days. Give it a good shake, taste, and when it’s to your liking, strain and enjoy!

Blackberry Stinger: suggested spirits: bourbon or vodka; Ingredients: blackberry, orange, ginger, blend of organic and sure, cane syrup and honey

Blushing Grapefruit - suggested spirits: vodka or gin;  Ingredients: grapefruit, cranberry, grapefruit powder, blend of organic cane sugar, cane syrup and honey

Cherry Old Fashioned - suggested spirit: bourbon; ingredients: sour cherries, orange, organic cane sugar, gentian root

Cran Cherry - suggested spirits: vodka or rum; Ingredients: cranberry, cherry, lemon, clove, blend of organic cane sugar, cane syrup and honey

Cucumber Cooler - suggested spirit: gin; Ingredients: cucumber, mint, lemon, blend of organic cane sugar, cane syrup and honey

Espresso Martini - suggested spirits: vodka or run; Ingredients: coffee beans, cinnamon, organic vanilla extract powder, organic cane and/or coconut sugar

Maine Margarita - suggested spirits: tequila or gin; Ingredients: blueberry, apple, lemon, lime powder, blend of organic cane sugar, cane syrup and honey

Raspberry Mojito - suggested spirits:  vodka or rum; Ingredients: raspberries, lemon, mint leaves, lime, blend of organic cane sugar, cane syrup and honey

Sweet Heat - suggested spirits: tequila or rum; Ingredients: strawberry, jalapeno pepper, lemon, lime powder, organic cane and/or coconut sugar.

Shipwreck - suggested spirits: tequila or rum; Ingredients: pineapple, banana, lemon, spices, organic cane and/or coconut sugar.
