For the safety of all of our customers and staff, we have instituted the following guidelines to make for a healthy holiday in-store shopping experience.

  • CAPACITY - Our maximum capacity will be 2 shoppers at a time as of December 13. We have two socially distanced waiting spots outside the front of the store. 
  • MASKS - All customers must wear a mask to shop in the store. We will have disposable masks available in the shop if you do not have your own with you. 
  • HAND SANITIZING - Upon entering the shop, please sanitize your hands at our hand sanitizing station, placed immediately to the right of the entry. Disposable gloves are also available. 
  • SOCIAL DISTANCING - We are practicing social distancing in the shop. Please follow all social distancing signage when in the shop.
  • GIFT BOXING - Since we are limited to only 3 customers at a time, we regret that we will be unable to gift box your holiday purchases while you wait in the shop. We will give you boxes and tissue for your purchases to take with you or we can gift box with a 48-72 hour turnaround time. 
  • SHIPPING - If you are planning to ship gifts, please plan for extra time to arrive. Holiday shipping deadlines can be found here: UPS and USPS
  • PAYMENT METHODS -  We have a tap/chip credit card reader and signatures will not be required for most purchases. We also accept Apple Pay. We are accepting cash but do prefer credit card payment, if possible.
  • RETURNS + EXCHANGES - We will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase for full refund or store credit. Items received as a gift can be returned or exchanged for store credit at the prevailing retail price on the date of return. 
  • SANITIZING - We will be sanitizing high touch surfaces frequently throughout the day.
  • OTHER WAYS TO SHOP - FaceTime, Private Appointments - call or email us to schedule.

For curbside pickup, please place your order over the phone or online. Please note our online checkout process has been streamlined and we hope made simpler to use! For online orders please select Greentail Table in the Local Pickup portion of the Delivery section during the checkout process.

Your order will be available for pick up the next business day during our store business hours, sooner if possible. You will receive an email when the order is ready to be picked up.

Please call the shop when you arrive curbside: 617-244-3510 and we will then place your order outside our front door for a contact-less pickup

We continue to offer free local weekday deliveries for orders over $50 to Newton, Watertown, Waltham, Belmont and Cambridge. No need to enter a special code! If your shipping address is in the selected areas for local delivery, you will be offered free local delivery automatically. We are making local area deliveries within 24-48 hours of ordering, weekends aside. You will receive an email on the day that your order is out for delivery as well as an email once it has been delivered.
