Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Currently we are only setup for domestic shipping, within the United States. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. We ship via USPS or UPS. All products are insured, however, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.


SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Time: We will make every effort to ship your order within 24-48 hours of receipt. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, we will process it on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday.


We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Greentail Table or our shipping partners only as an estimate. Please order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.


SALES TAX

Orders delivered within the state of Massachusetts are subject to a 6.25% sales tax.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if accompanied by the original receipt and if the merchandise is in saleable, unused condition and is in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original tender.  If you need to exchange for the same item, please send us an email at customerservice@greentailtable.com to make sure that the item is available.


Gifts may be returned or exchanged for store credit only and at the prevailing retail price. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.


Please note: Sale items and Special Order merchandise are final sales and are not returnable.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Examples of non-turnable goods include: perishable goods such as food, gift cards, sale items, and special order merchandise.


Return shipping, payment for return shipping and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please make sure that all items are wrapped securely when returning. Greentail Table is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


DAMAGED ITEMS

Damaged items claims must be made within 48 hours of parcel arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after 48 hours. Email your damage claim to: customerservice@greentailtable.com.


SALE ITEMS OR SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE

Unfortunately sale or special order merchandise cannot be refunded.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@greentailtable.com.
