Block Printed Tablecloth - Edith Birds

Don your dining or kitchen table with a handmade work of art. This block printed design was created using multiple Sheesham wood blocks which were hand carved by Indian artisans. Each color is printed with a different block to complete the motif. A high degree of pressure is required for both the placement of block as well as the application. Altogether there can be as many as 16 blocks to create a 5 color design. A block printed cloth reflects the touch of a human hand, the sensibility and skill of the craftsman, making every piece unique  Minor variations in size and color may occur.

The Edith Birds design features indigo colored birds amid earth-toned botanicals edged with neutral colored bands of botanicals. This is a great tablecloth for year round beauty.
